He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. Joe is a civil engineer with over 16 years experience in building heavy civil and residential construction projects. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to joining The Holland Companies, Joe was a Superintendent at J. F. White Contracting. As Project Manager at Holland Development, he works directly with consulting engineers, building officials, the trades and prospective buyers. Michael is a licensed builder with over 22 years experience in building residential and commercial projects at Holland Construction. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. As Project Manager at Holland Construction, he manages both commercial and residential construction projects. Paul is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, with his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. He is an engineer and licensed builder with over 16 years of experience in heavy civil and residential construction. As Project Manager & Engineer for Holland Construction, Paul coordinates projects from the engineering design stage through construction. He works directly with building officials, the historical commissions and subcontractors. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in Job Costing and Analysis, she also handles weekly payroll & filings, employee benefits, quarterly payroll tax returns & filings, and internal auditing. Prior to joining The Holland Companies in 2003 as Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, Mary mastered the demands of home and family with college. Mary carries these life experience skills over into the day-to-day goings-on at The Holland Companies. Shane is a graduate of Roger Williams University. Before joining The Holland Companies, he developed his architectural aptitude and awareness while working as Kitchen Designer, and then as Draftsman/Project Manager at Campbell/Smith Architects. A 2002 graduate of Boston College, Bob is a licensed construction supervisor. As Assistant Project Manager, he lends managerial support to each of the individual project managers by coordinating day-to-day construction, working with owners, and providing project organization throughout different phases.
